1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Serververse's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
2. Services Description
Serververse provides web hosting, server hosting, cloud computing, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
4. Payments and Billing
Fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy. Billing cycles are monthly or annual. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes, distributing malware, denial-of-service attacks, spamming, or hosting illegal content. Mining cryptocurrency and forex trading are explicitly prohibited without permission.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.
7. Intellectual Property
Our services and content are the property of Serververse. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to use it for providing services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
9. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL SERVERVERSE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Serververse from any claims arising from your use of usage of our services or violation of these Terms.
11. Defamation
You agree not to make false or disparaging statements about Serververse. We reserve the right to take legal action against defamation.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Serververse is established (India).
13. DMCA Compliance
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your work has been infringed, please provide a written communication containing the necessary information to our Copyright Agent at abuse@serververs.com.
14. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Serververse. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
